  • Clearly defining your values and how they influence your career choice 

  • Using your values to help you make decisions on where to take your career

  • Improving your work/life balance

  • Increasing your assertiveness to say “no” or to ask for what you want

  • Redefining success, happiness, and unrealistic expectations

  • Improving your self-care and self-worth

  • Getting support if you are experiencing discrimination due to your gender/gender identity/ability status/sexual orientation/race or ethnicity

Approaches Used: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Positive Psychology
